Forever’s Absorbent-C is bonded with oat bran, a highly soluble fibre, for gradual absorption, and provides 100% of the UK’s RDA of vitamin C.

Usage
Chew one tablet three times daily
Warning: Keep out of reach of young children. Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place. Do not use if seal is broken or missing. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Excessive consumption may cause a laxative effect.
