What is Propolis?
Propolis is a substance used by bees to protect their hive from impurities. It consists of resins and wax from tree buds, as well as pine and spruce resin.

Usage
Take one tablet, twice daily.
Warning: Keep out of reach of young children. Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place. Do not use if seal under cap is broken or missing. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
